Swimming

Today for swimming we went to the Logan pools.

First skill I learnt was steam line kick. First you put your two hands at the back of your ear so it looks like a v. Then lie on your tummy and kick. But make sure your head is in the water. Also legs straight when kicking.

Second skill was backstroke kicking. First hold your kick board on your lap above your knees.Then lie on your back the legs straight and kick. Remember face in the water.

Third skill was dolphin dive. First lie on your tummy. Then lift your bum up and dive in the water \
